What’s a “Bird Dog”?
A person who earns extra money just by providing property leads
to an investor. If that investor then buys the property the
“Bird Dog” gets a cash commission
when the deal closes.

Kind of Properties Do I Look For? |
- Houses in any condition that appear abandoned—boarded
up, high grass, broken windows
- Run-down properties
- People that you hear about who desperately need to
sell their house—divorce, lost job, moving
- People that you hear about who need to buy a house
- People that you hear about who have income, but cannot
qualify for a loan(for whatever reason, including backruptcy
or foreclosure)

sell to, you will receive a fee. You will be paid at the
time the deal closes.
